but they do not offer the needed day-to-day application and follow up. Coaching supports, guides and challenges you to do
your best and to BE your best. Coaching makes lasting change possible. It is a practical was to move, grow and become the

Co-Active Coaching is a collaborative process. This process
involves building a relationship between the client and the coach. This ongoing relationship helps you explore and then clarify
what your want in your life. The relationship then supports you in taking action toward the realization of your goals, dreams
and desires. It is a process of personal discovery where the coach provides structure, support and feedback. Professional
and personal goals are achieved faster and with more ease than would be possible otherwise.
This is a dance with
two steps. First there is exploration and discovery. We clarify and deepen your learning about what is wanted and needed in
your life. Then Cheryl supports you in taking action and moving forward. As you dance close to the edge of your comfort level,
Cheryl provides safety for you to explore fully using new and different tools for exciting new results.
Cheryl
works with individuals who are fully engaged in their lives, people who want to make changes and are willing to do the work
to make them happen. Some are professionals who see that success in business
is more than the bottom line. Others want to make changes in their personal
life. Personal issues may have to do with creating new jobs, relationships or moving from illness to optimal health. These
clients are looking to redefine the current paradigm to fit more authentically to who they are and what they want to do in
business and in life.
